Oven Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    5 c. Mornin' Gem corn flakes, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up broiler-fryer chicken, skinned
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine butter, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram.
    Place crushed cereal in shallow dish.
    Dip chicken in butter.
    Roll in cereal.
    Place on shallow rack in oven.
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
