Stuffed Snow Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. (Neufchatel) cream cheese
    3 tsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over fresh pea pods.
    Let stand 1 minute. Drain and cut small incision about 1-inch along the lower side of pod.
    Allow to cool.
    Fill with mixture using a pastry bag. Yields about 24 to 36 pea pods.
