Vicki'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs, mix on low speed until well blended. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into three (3) 9in or (2) 12in. greased and floured pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. or until done.
