Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. white sauce
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    4 tsp. butter, melted
    2 tsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water; mash.
    Make white sauce by heating 1 cup milk in double boiler and add thickening.
    Add 2 teaspoons butter.
    Cook until thick.
    Mix all together; put into buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
