Baked Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir margarine, sugar and syrup over medium heat until it boils.
    Let boil 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Slowly pour over corn, which is in large pan.
    Stir until well coated.
    Bake in shallow pans at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool completely and break apart.
    Store in tightly covered containers lined with plastic bags.
    Will keep as long as sealed.
