Chicken With Tokay Grape Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper
    1 large purple onion
    brown sugar
    chili sauce
    cider vinegar
    1 lb. Tokay grapes
    1 chicken
Preparation
    Slice green pepper and onion in thin slices and brown slightly in butter.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
    Thin 1 cup chili sauce with 1/2 cup cider vinegar.
    Add to onion mixture and bring to a boil.
    Last 5 minutes, add grapes, split and deseeded. Allow to cool and store in refrigerator.
    Bake chicken pieces and last 15 minutes, add sauce and finish cooking.
