Chilled Lentil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked lentils
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 small red bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    2 pr 3 drops red pepper sauce
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except parsley.
    Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours, until chilled.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
