Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    4 flour tortillas
    1 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add garlic and chili powder; cook 30 seconds.
    Add drained and rinsed beans and cook, mashing slightly with back of wooden spoon.
    Stir in 1/4 cup water and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
