Rosamarina Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. rosamarina macaroni
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on box.
Drain and save juice from pineapple and oranges.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, salt, flour and juice from fruits.
Stir until blended.
Then cook until thick. Cool.
Mix with macaroni.
Let stand overnight.
Add fruit and Cool Whip next day and serve.
