Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. rye flour
    4 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    8 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, brown sugar, oil, honey and salt.
    Heat until just warm.
    Combine yeast, 2 cups flour, whole wheat flour and rye flour.
    Add liquid mixture to dry mixture.
    Beat at low speed in electric mixer for 3 minutes, scraping constantly.
    Beat 5 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in additional 4 1/2 cups flour.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down.
    Let rise 10 minutes. Shape into 4 loaves.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
