White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold water
    1 1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except flour and yeast in a large pan. Stir until lukewarm.
    Add yeast and about 4 cups flour.
    Mix with electric mixer at least 5 minutes.
    Add more flour if mixer can handle it.
    Stir in about 1/2 cup of flour at a time until dough is smooth and elastic.
    Cover with a wet towel until double in bulk.
    Shape into 4 loaves.
    Place in greased bread pans.
    Cover. When pan feels light, bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Brush bread with margarine.
