Willie Mai Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fast rising yeast
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. oil
    5 to 7 c. flour
    2 c. warm water
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar, salt, egg and oil.
    Add water.
    Dissolve and mix well.
    Add flour until sticky.
    Let rise until double.
    Roll out on floured board about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut out.
    Brush with melted oleo, fold.
    Lay in pie pan that is greased with Pam. Brush top with oleo.
    Let rise.
    Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 400\u00b0.
