Quiche With Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in crabmeat, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Turn into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until browned.
