Uova Con Pepperoni Salsiccia(Eggs, Peppers And Sausage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    6 red firm peppers
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage bulko
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut peppers lengthwise after cleaned and seeded.
    Heat oil in large frying pan and add peppers and garlic.
    Add sausage when hot and cook meat and peppers until brown.
    Lower heat, cover pan and saute slowly for 10 minutes.
    Beat eggs.
    Fold in beaten eggs. Stir gently until eggs are cooked to your desire.
    Good on Italian bread or rolls.
    Serves many.
