Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 large or 2 small boxes instant pie filling
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 large can pie cherries
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Bake yellow cake mix in sheet cake pan.
    In large glass bowl, crumble 1/2 of the sheet cake.
    Cover with instant vanilla pudding (made according to directions).
    Add 1/2 of crushed pineapple.
    Add 1/2 the Cool Whip.
    Add 1/2 of cherries and pecans.
    Repeat with another layer of each ingredient.
    Great for a party.
