Hungarian Chicken-N-Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    3 to 4 chicken breasts (may use other parts)
    1 to 2 c. plain flour
    3 to 4 eggs
    about 3/4 c. water (same amount that eggs measure)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot, add chopped onion to vegetable oil, then add chicken.
    Cook slowly until onion is almost done, then add enough water to almost cover chicken.
    Also add paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
    (Don't worry about paprika, it is very mild. May add more or less to taste.)
    Bring to a boil and then turn down on low.
    Cook until chicken is done.
    Add water, if needed. Don't let chicken cook dry.
