"Almost" Fat-Free Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spray large frying pan with cooking spray. Brown chicken breasts and put in about 1/2 to 1 c. water. Cover and simmer to steam chicken for about 15 minutes. Add soup and water (use one soup can full). Cook until soup cooks down and is a little thickened. Garnish with parsley and serve.
