Breaded Pork Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork cutlets
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. packaged seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Wipe cutlets with damp paper towels.
    Pound very thin, about 1/8-inch, with mallet or edge of plate.
    Dip cutlets into egg, then into bread crumbs to coat well.
