Tortilla Cheese Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour tortillas (small size)
    chunky taco sauce
    Monterey Jack cheese
    melted butter or margarine
    chopped green pepper
    onion or olives (optional)
Preparation
    Spread one tortilla with taco sauce to within 1/2-inch of edge.
    Add a layer of Jack cheese.
    Customize as desired or leave plain.
    Top with 2nd tortilla.
    Spread with melted butter.
    Place on foil lined cookie sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and top is bubbly and light brown.
    Cut with pizza cutter into 4 pieces or smaller for hors d'oeuvres.
