Pineapple Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yield: 16 slices per loaf, 2 loaves.
