Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 c. water
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Boil 3 cups water, bouillon cubes and broccoli.
    Set aside. Cook onion in butter until soft, then add flour, pepper and milk. Slowly add cheese.
    Mix together with broccoli and simmer.
