Hobo Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. canned milk
    salt and pepper
    6 large potatoes
    2 large onions
    1/4 lb. American cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Press the ground beef into the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with canned milk; salt and pepper to taste. Slice potatoes (raw) on meat; slice onions onto potatoes.
    Cube the cheese onto onions and cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake in a covered 2 1/2-quart dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 servings.
