Sausage Balls(Great For Parties) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. homemade hot Italian sausage in bulk, remove casing
1 egg
1/3 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and make into small balls (walnut size) or smaller.
Fry gently and drain on paper towel.
You can make ahead and freeze and finish cooking in sauce when needed.
