Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. white ground pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 can garden peas
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
    Peel and dice.
    Blend remaining ingredients with potatoes in large bowl.
    Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 6.
