Batesville Cheese And Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (best to use Jack cheese)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 partially baked pie crust
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chillies
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Sprinkle Jack cheese and 1/2 the Cheddar in bottom of pie crust.
    Distribute chillies over cheese.
    Beat eggs and half and half, salt and cumin.
    Pour over cheese in the pie crust. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pie filling.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until pie sets.
