Deep Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/3 c. Parmesan
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. fennel
    2 pkg. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack
Preparation
    On lightly floured surface, let thawed dough stand for 1 hour. Brown meat; drain and add onions.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, Parmesan and seasonings.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Roll out dough to 15 x 11-inch rectangle.
    Press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan and up 1-inch on sides.
    Cover dough with cheese and meat.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
