Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese (thin slices)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Brown beef on High 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
    Combine Ricotta, egg and pepper.
    Spoon 1/2 cup sauce.
    Alternate layer of noodles and egg mix, Mozzarella and sauce.
    Form 2 layers.
    Microwave covered on High for 8 minutes. Microwave on 50% for 30 to 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with Parmesan and let stand 15 minutes.
