Diet Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 or 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    12 oz. cooked ground beef
Preparation
    Add all of the ingredients except ground beef and bean sprouts.
    Cook for 1/4 an hour.
    Add beef and cook 1 hour.
    Add bean sprouts (chopped fine).
    Cook until heated through.
