Sausage With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 onion
    1 fresh green pepper, diced
    1 can mushrooms (any size)
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 4-inch pieces.
    Brown in oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Brown onion and pepper until tender.
    Add puree and 1 can of water.
    Add sausage and mushrooms.
    Add 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour in saucepan.
    Serve on small Hoagie buns.
    Serves 4.
