Passover Carrot Torte * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. grated walnuts
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. cake meal
Preparation
    Beat together egg yolks and sugar until thick; add carrots, walnuts and cake meal.
    Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in spring-form pan 1 1/4 hours in preheated 300\u00b0 oven.
