Rhonda'S Nachos El Grande - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tortilla chips
    1 can refried beans
    2 avocados, mashed
    tomatoes, diced
    jalapenos, diced (fresh)
    cilantro, chopped (fresh)
    lots of shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    hamburger, seasoned with taco seasoning and drained
Preparation
    Spread a layer of chips on an ovenproof platter.
    Sprinkle some Cheddar cheese over the chips, then add the hamburger on top of that.
    Have refried beans heated in a glass measuring cup (with some water added to make it a little soupier) and pour or spoon over the hamburger.
    Add remaining cheese on top.
    Place platter in oven on broil; watch until cheese is bubbly and chips turn light brown.
    Remove; quickly sprinkle tomatoes and jalapenos evenly.
    Dot the entire top with sour cream and guacamole.
