Jumbalia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. Uncle Ben's conventional rice, uncooked
    15 oz. can whole tomatoes
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    optional: bite size chicken breasts (2), shrimp, pork, smoked sausage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Don't remove lid or stir while cooking. Add Tony Chachere's spice seasoning until salty.
    Serve with salad and warm Italian bread.
