Marshmallow Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. Karo
    1/2 c. Karo
    7 egg whites (1 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small box jello (any flavor)
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients to soft ball stage (almost 250\u00b0). While this is cooling, put the following in a large bowl:
    1/2 cup Karo (at room temperature) and the egg whites; beat slowly until mixed, then beat hard until fluffy.
    Beat in first mixture in a fine stream.
    When all mixed, add the vanilla.
    Beat hard for 3 minutes.
    May add the jello (any flavor).
