Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. self rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until light.
    Add eggs.
    Beat for 1 minute at high speed.
    Add 1 cup of flour, beating for 1 minute. Add rest of flour alternately with milk.
    Add flavoring.
    Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 and then turn up heat to 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
