Easy Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. flour
5 Tbsp. oleo
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 RapidRise yeast
1 c. very hot water
2 c. cold milk
Preparation

In large pan (Dutch oven) combine 3 c. flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Melt oleo in hot water, then add milk. Mix liquid mixture into flour mixture. Work in remaining 6 c. flour.
(do all kneading in the pan.) Set in oven that has been heated to 150\u00b0 and turned off. Let rise to double in size.
Knead down and form into three loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0-375\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
