Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Remove skin and large bones from salmon and mash.
    Melt butter in milk.
    Add bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Combine with fish. Add well beaten eggs.
    Pack into a well buttered baking dish. Place in pan of hot water.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Turn onto a platter and cover with white sauce.
