Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt.
    Cut in Crisco until crumbly, then stir in combined milk and vinegar.
    Turn onto lightly floured board or pastry cloth.
    Knead a few times.
    Place in pie pan and flute with fingers.
