Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening or salad oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add blueberries and nuts.
    Add eggs, mixed with milk and shortening.
    Stir slightly.
    Pour into waxed paper lined 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
