Hot Water Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. molasses
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Add water to molasses.
    Add dry ingredients. Mix well, then add butter and beat.
    Fill 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
