Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small container cottage cheese (small curd)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jell-O (dry)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese, drained pineapple, dry Jell-O and nuts. Stir in Cool Whip.\tPour into 13 x 9-inch dish.
Refrigerate to set.
Serve.
