Ginger Crinkles (Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 c. butter, room temperature
    1 c. light molasses
    1 large egg
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
    Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until pale.
    Beat in molasses and egg (mixture will look curdled). Gradually beat in flour mix until blended.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
