Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deerburger
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Simmer a hen in water seasoned with a few peppercorns, salt and
    bay leaf.
    When tender, cool in the broth.
    After cooling, cut the breast into thin slices.
