Cucumber Salad(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium unpeeled cucumber, diced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon sugar-free gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. reduced calorie Miracle Whip
    1 1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. crushed unsweetened pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add vinegar.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 1-quart dish and refrigerate until set.
    Serves 8.
