Welsh Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 teacup milk
    1/2 teacup warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 teacup vinegar
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar, salt and pepper together.
    Add flour and mustard.
    Keep it a nice smooth paste.
    Add melted butter, milk, water and lastly vinegar.
    Cook over low heat until as thick as cream.
    Do not boil.
    Keep in refrigerator.
