Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar)
    1 c. half and half
    deep dish pie shell (uncooked)
    sprinkle of ground nutmeg
    1/4 to 1/2 c. whatever ingredients (i.e., bacon, ham, onions, broccoli, olives, mushrooms)
Preparation
    Beat 4 eggs in bowl; add half and half and sprinkle of nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon).
    Mix well.
    Place ingredient (broccoli, etc.) in pie crust.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Pour egg, half and half mixture on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly before cutting.
