Butterscotch Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar (light)
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In double boiler, combine 3/4 cup brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring, until thick. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Beat egg yolks with rest of brown sugar (1/4 cup).
Stir in mix to cooked pudding.
Cook for 2 minutes and add oleo and vanilla.
Cook with lid on.
I put this in a graham cracker crust.
