Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage-regular, hot, or combination
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into 1 inch balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Can be frozen uncooked.
    Makes 6 dozen.
