Rotini And Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (8 oz.) rotini (uncooked)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rotini according to package directions; drain.
