Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed and celery seed
    1 medium head cabbage
    carrot
    green pepper
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, mustard and celery seed.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Shred cabbage.
    Add 1 teaspoon of salt and let stand 1 hour.
    Drain (I squeeze the water out with my hands).
    Add grated carrot and green pepper to taste.
    Add vinegar solution and mix well.
    Put in containers and put in freezer.
