Ingredients

3 large unpeeled potatoes, scrubbed and patted dry
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut potatoes into sticks the size of French fries.
Put them in a bowl with oil and salt.
Toss them well.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and tender.
Serve right away because they lose their crispness quickly.
